I’ve already been to Ennio’s Pasta House Ennio's Pasta House multiple times and every time has been so good. Love seeing another local restaurant open its doors here and even better when you immediately know you’ll be back.

At 21, I was way too focused on how the place looked. Since then, I’ve owned multiple investment properties, made mistakes, learned a lot and gotten much better at figuring out what’s worth caring about.

That first property ended up being one of the best investments I’ve ever made, which is probably why the lesson stuck.
Now I’m looking at the numbers first. What could it rent for? What needs to be done? What will it cost? Does the property still make sense after all of that?

I just finished fully renovating another investment property, which probably says enough about how much my mindset has changed since that first one.

Turns out Dad knew what he was talking about.

So, so, so happy for the sweetest family who just sold their first home. 🥹

This one feels extra special. Their home was on the market for less than 48 hours, with two showings and two offers and let me tell you, the last 12 hours were busy!

I had to laugh when, somewhere in the middle of all the phone calls, running back and forth, negotiating and trying to get everything done before a the deadline, the sellers said to me, “This feels like NHL trade deadline day.”

And honestly… it kind of did. 😂 Always on the phone, back and forth, getting things done and trying to make the best possible move before the clock runs out.

But more than anything, I’m incredibly grateful for the trust they put in me throughout this process. Selling your first home is such a big milestone, and it means so much that they chose me to be part of it.

I’m so appreciative of their support, trust and confidence in me every step of the way. I’m beyond thrilled for them and cant wait to have them as neighbours!!
