Happy 1st day of December 2022!

Today marks our FIRST YEAR of investing into MULTIFAMILY Real Estate. It was not an easy road to take but its all about the COURAGE, DISCIPLINE and STRATEGIES we execute in each building we bought. We can atleast say that

"It starts to pay off what we started".

Today were on our 47 DOORS and hopefully we can add more portfolio down the road. CONTINOUS LEARNING, NETWORKING and CONSISTENCY is still the key to a successful business. And always remember your WHY'S as they keep us MOTIVATED to keep going even during our LOW'S and HIGH'S in LIFE.

Our toddler came with mommy and daddy today to visit our property that we currently managed. She is proud to open the back main door for daddy and say hello to our tenants. She is even proud saying "lots of grand pa".

Managing a property has ups and down but always full of learning.
Let's start educating our kids while they are young. Its better for them to see what we do in the Real Estate world than never.

This 6 plex was officially ours today.
We are grateful of the relationship we built with our A lender for years to finance the property. It was one of our property that close within 5 weeks from start. The property was a turn key as the seller did tons of renovations that provides a great accommodation to tenants that they can call this their forever home.

Thank you again to our realtor Enya Denys who did an amazing job to close the deal in time.
And to the rest of the team( Inspector, Appraiser, Lawyers) we made it possible.
To our family who always support us in our real estate business.

4 plex Possession day today!

Tons of documents that was submitted to meet financing condition from A lender on this beauty. We are blessed to finally called this beauty our's today!

Thank you to our team who was involved to make this possible.
We started to doubt at first if we can qualify under our personal name but it was possible, you just have to trust the process and believe that it will happen.
Lots of perseverance and patience was involved. Happy investing folks!

Woot woot!

We got this 6 plex under contract and financing was secured. We are now waiting on the appraisal phase.

It is fully occupied with great tenants and yearly leases are in place. The property has low vacancy and due to the excellent condition of the building it is easy to maintain. It was upgraded and renovated at its finest.

Building relationship and planting a seed are keys to succeed into real estate investing.

We are happy to share our OFF MARKET 4-plex property acquisition. My partner had a great relationship with her landlord that made our deal sweeter. The property is fully tenanted with respectful long term tenants. It is cashflowing since day 1!(Woot woot)

She is a great partner and a good human being. We both wants to learn and grow together into real estate investing.

It was busy but productive day on the Real Estate side of ours. We had our 26 unit apartment inspected today and came back with a good report about the building.

We found 2 amazing partners on this amazing deal and we cannot wait to grow and succeed together in REI world.

On top of that it was a privileged to speak on one of the reputable Fearless Real Estate Investor group right in front of the property.
This group of amazing human beings was part of our growth in REI!
