It's coming back a second time.

And then a third.

🚨 One of the coolest things I've seen all year... and it wasn't a house. 🚨

One of the best parts of my job is meeting interesting people from all walks of life. Today, while meeting with a potential client about selling some property, I got a behind-the-scenes look at a project he's been working on—and I was blown away.

This local Lloydminster craftsman took a classic truck and transformed it into an incredible entertainment centerpiece. With the push of a remote, a hidden TV rises up and a custom-built bar is revealed. The detail, engineering, and creativity that went into this build are absolutely remarkable.

As someone who spends a lot of time touring homes, shops, garages, and acreages, I can honestly say this would be the ultimate conversation piece. Whether it's a dream garage, a large shop, a recreation room, or even a business space, this thing demands attention.

I love highlighting the talented people we have in our community. Lloydminster is filled with hardworking entrepreneurs, tradespeople, and creators doing amazing things, and this project is a perfect example of the skill and craftsmanship that exists right here in our backyard.

🔫❤️ **Relationship roles can change fast...**

One day you're the tough guy around the house.

The next day your fiancée develops a passion for fi****ms, starts outshooting you at the range, and suddenly you're researching new recipes, loading the dishwasher, and asking if she wants dessert. 😂

Real estate has taught me a lot about negotiation, but some negotiations are easier than others.

The secret isn't winning every argument... it's knowing which battles are worth fighting. 😅

Thankfully, Cynthia keeps me grounded, keeps me laughing, and occasionally reminds me where I belong... apparently that's the kitchen. 🍳

❤️🏡 They say good things come in small packages... and they're absolutely right.

At 6'6", I'm used to looking down at just about everyone. But when it comes to strength, support, and heart, Cynthia stands taller than anyone I know.

Sure, there's a bit of a height difference between us—she's 5'4" and I'm 6'6"—which means most of our photos look like a before-and-after comparison of a growth spurt. 😂

But behind every long day, every late-night phone call, every weekend showing, and every real estate success is someone who supports me without hesitation. Real estate can be demanding, unpredictable, and sometimes downright exhausting, and Cynthia has been there through it all.

She may be small in stature, but she's a giant when it comes to encouragement, patience, and believing in me when the days get long.

I'm incredibly grateful for everything she does, and I love her with all my heart. ❤️

Sometimes the strongest people aren't the tallest ones—they're the ones standing beside you every step of the way.

📏🏡 The Tallest Realtor in Lloydminster... allegedly.

For years I've been telling people I'm only 6'2".

The problem? I'm actually 6'6".

Nothing creates confusion quite like watching someone who's 6'1" stand beside me and suddenly start questioning every life decision they've ever made.

"Wait... if you're 6'2", then how tall am I?"

Mission accomplished. 😆

In real estate, I can't guarantee I'll be the tallest person at every showing, but I can guarantee you'll always get honest advice, strong negotiation, and someone willing to go the extra mile for your goals.

(And yes, for the record, I am actually 6'6".)
