Good information.

Question: What do I do if my home is uninhabitable and I am not in the Evacuation Order Area?

Answer: If your house is uninhabitable and is not in the Evacuation Order Area, you can come to the Resiliency Centre and meet with Emergency Support Services. They will fill out an “Extraordinary Evacuee Form” that will be reviewed. If approved, it will allow you to access ESS services until the date identified. You can then either renew or end your support services depending on your situation.

Please also check you home insurance to see if there is a provision to support you while out of your home, as you can access this directly with your insurance company.
