Real estate can be chaotic sometimes 😂

Behind every sale is a realtor trying to keep it all together while:
• clients send listings at midnight
• “just one quick showing” turns into a 3 hour tour
• emotions are high
• negotiations get stressful
• and somehow everyone changes their mind at least once

But honestly? I wouldn’t trade it.

The relationships, the excitement, the late-night calls when clients get the keys to their dream home… it’s all worth it. I genuinely love what I do, even the crazy stories that come with it.

Realtors… which one in this reel was a little too relatable? 👀

The London & St. Thomas market is shifting… and that’s not a bad thing.

Right now we’re seeing more inventory hit the market, giving buyers more options and a little more breathing room. Homes are still selling, but strategy matters more than ever. In April, the average sale price across our market landed around $618,000, with inventory sitting near 5 months, a sign of a more balanced market where patience, preparation, and smart moves win.

And honestly? There’s a lesson in that ✨

Goals and dreams don’t happen because the market is “perfect.”
They happen because you stay ready, stay focused, and move when the opportunity is right.
