The April numbers are in for the London & St. Thomas housing market. 📊

The average home price in April 2026 came in at $618,665, representing a 4.9% decrease year-over-year compared to April 2025.

At the same time, home sales remained relatively steady across the LSTAR region, with 638 homes changing hands through the MLS® system in April. Inventory levels continue to provide buyers with more options and negotiating power compared to the ultra-competitive markets of previous years.
