So you’re interviewing agents to sell your home; how do you know who to pick?
❗️It’s not always the one who quotes you the highest price❗️
Although pricing is important, be sure to also analyze:
1. The agents marketing strategy. How will your home be seen online?
2. The agents open house strategy
3. Are they personable and enjoyable to work with?
4. Are they responsive and easy to get ahold of? Because if you can’t get ahold of them… neither can interested buyers or agents that want to bring an offer
After reviewing everything each agent has to offer, then make an educated decision on who’s best fit for the job.
Pricing conversations can then happen more in depth, with a realistic view of market comparable sales.
➡️Unfortunately some agents quote a higher evaluation to secure your business, and then you’ll be paying the ultimate price with a stale listing.
✅ Let’s be realistic and use market data to ensure a fair price and a strong outcome.
