September brought an increase in sales and average sale prices across the London & St. Thomas Association of REALTORS® market area, while overall conditions continued to favour buyers.

🔑 561 homes sold - up 5.3% from September 2025 and up from 526 in August
🏠 1,615 new listings
💰 $611,509 average sale price - up from $590,550 in August
📅 34 average days on market
📊 5.9 months of inventory

London South and London North saw the largest month-over-month gains in average sale price, reaching $608,872 and $704,858, respectively.
