Some interesting shifts in our market in April.  Number of sales were down from  both last April and from last month (23% and 16% respectively)   

Average price was still up substantially from last April (19.4%) but down about 6% from March.  Listings are way up from both last April and last month (52% for both)

A lot of factors affecting the market these days.  A shift was anticipated...time will tell if it continues or stabilizes.
