After significant volatility between 2021 and 2023, the London real estate market has entered a phase of stabilization.

Here’s what the latest data shows:

• Prices have corrected from their 2022 peak and are now stabilizing
• Mortgage rates remain higher than the 2010–2020 era, limiting some buyer budgets
• Inventory has increased, giving buyers more choice and negotiating power
• Entry-level homes remain active, while higher-priced properties are taking longer to sell
• Condos and new construction are facing softer demand due to affordability constraints

Despite uncertainty, London continues to benefit from strong fundamentals:

✔ Relative affordability compared to larger Ontario markets
