Construction Progress Update!

We’re excited to share the latest progress on our collaborative project in London with Indwell and the Developing for Change group - an initiative we're proud to be a part of alongside three other local builders and developers: The Tricar Group, Sifton Properties, and Drewlo.

At the heart of this initiative is Elmwood Place, an existing building being transformed into 50 deeply affordable, supportive housing units. These future homes will offer safety, dignity, and hope to individuals who need them most.

This is more than construction — it’s about community, compassion, and creating lasting change.

We can’t wait to show you more as the project continues to move forward.
