The London real estate market saw some increased activity this week, with 235 new listings, up 16 from last week, and firm but not closed transactions up by 18. Conditional transactions decreased by 9, while price decreases dropped to 69 from 79 last week.

With September just around the corner, we’ll be watching to see how the market shifts as summer winds down and buyers and sellers get back into their regular routines.
