Do we sell every house we list 🤷‍♂️ No, and it’s because sellers didn’t listen 👂 Or they used us. Yeah, that happens 😤 I not long ago got a seller $10,000 under asking which was turned down for an offer $250,000 less🤦‍♂️ We also told a seller their house wasn’t worth near what they wanted it listed at, and we were right. Again 💯 They accepted $100,000 less with another agent because they wouldn’t listen 👂 The economy’s tough. The market’s tough. You don’t have to make it tougher by being stubborn 😉
