Je te dirais :
☕ Commence à planifier plus tôt que tu le penses.
☕ Parle à un spécialiste hypothécaire avant de magasiner.
☕ N’attends pas que tout soit parfait.
☕ Pose des questions. Beaucoup de questions.

Acheter ou vendre une maison ne commence pas le jour du déménagement.
Ça commence avec un plan.
