This afternoon beautifully highlighted the contrast we are seeing in the real estate market right now: I had the privilege of helping a first-time homebuyer secure their very first property, while simultaneously helping another client transition after 50 years of proud homeownership.

Anyone who tells you that first-time buyers cannot compete in today’s market is misinformed.
