You may think it's a bad idea to price your home too high right now but I'm here to tell you that you are absolutely RIGHT 😉. Some agents will tell you the number you want to hear to "win the listing". I will always give honest advice, even when it hurts to hear. Even when it hurts my chances of getting the business. I'd rather be the agent that looked out for your best interest than the one who has a sign on your yard just to get buyer leads, made you work hard to prep your home, and then after 90 days tells you the price was too high.

As your realtor my job is to market your home but also to give you advice. Advice that is sometimes hard to deliver but that I would want given to me if I was purchasing or selling a home. If that's the kind of realtor you want to work with, I'd love to hear from you!
