Thank you to Aaron Nicoll who has been doing some painting / weather-proofing/critter-proofing at one of our properties. Tip of the day - use foam backer rod to fill in gaps before you seal them up with caulking. Also only use top of the line primer and paint. When you are 30-40ft in the air, do you want to be painting it again in a few years?
