I honestly couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw this. A tenant actually doctored a lease agreement, wrote in a fake "2-month rent-free" promotion the landlord never agreed to, and used it to drag them to the LTB.

Nothing like a Sunday drive with clear roads when I’m out and about.

Today, that drive is taking me out to Strathroy. A weekend maintenance issue popped up at one of our properties, so I’m heading out to get eyes on it and take care of the fix.

For our property owners, a Sunday morning text about a maintenance issue doesn't have to ruin the weekend or pile on the stress.
