🌿✨ INTRODUCING SAGE SUITES @ THE HIGHLANDS ✨🌿

We’re excited to welcome our 4th short-term rental at The Highlands in St. Thomas, Ontario — and this one is very special to me.

When I curated Sage Suites, I wanted to create more than a beautiful furnished apartment. I wanted to create that feeling you get when you walk through the door, set down your bags and immediately think…

“I can feel at home here.” 💙

A space that feels peaceful after a long day.
A place where you can live, work, unwind and simply breathe.

Perched on the 12th floor, Sage Suites is a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a private balcony overlooking St. Thomas.

Step outside with your morning coffee or relax at the end of the day and take in the city views — including Yarmouth Yards and the Volkswagen PowerCo development transforming the landscape of St. Thomas.

Inside, everything has been thoughtfully selected to create a sense of comfort, warmth and serenity while still giving professionals and families everything they need to live and work away from home.

🏡 Sage Suites offers:

🛏️ Two beautifully furnished bedrooms — King + Queen
🛁 Two full bathrooms
🌇 Private 12th-floor balcony
💻 Dedicated workspace & high-speed Wi-Fi
🍳 Fully equipped kitchen
🧺 In-suite laundry
🚗 Parking
✨ Fully furnished and move-in ready

And then there’s The Highlands lifestyle…

Guests have access to an incredible collection of amenities including a fitness centre, sauna and wellness spaces, resident lounge and party room, games room, children’s playroom, pet spa, EV charging, car wash station, bike facilities, parcel management, elevators and more.

Whether you’re coming to St. Thomas for a Volkswagen PowerCo project, construction or engineering assignment, healthcare placement, corporate relocation, temporary project or transition between homes, Sage Suites was created to be your peaceful landing place.

Because when you’re away from home for weeks or months at a time, where you stay matters.

It shouldn’t just be somewhere you sleep.
It should be somewhere you can live. 🌿

Building Spaces. Building Relationships. Building Futures. ❤️

Being a woman in business has taught me that growth rarely happens alone.

Behind every new opportunity, every new partnership and every door that opens, there are people. People who make an introduction. People who share your name when you’re not in the room. People who offer advice, encouragement and sometimes that little push you need to think bigger.

I’ve learned that some of the most valuable things you can build in business aren’t measured on a balance sheet.

They’re relationships. Trust. Reputation. Community.

Networking isn’t simply exchanging business cards or adding another connection on LinkedIn. It’s showing up. Supporting other local businesses. Sharing opportunities. Making introductions. Celebrating someone else’s success and knowing there is room for all of us to grow.

As a woman in business, I’m incredibly grateful for the women and men in our community who have encouraged me, challenged me, collaborated with me and believed in what I’m building.

And as The Landing Pad Rentals continues to grow and new ideas like NestHaus come to life, one thing will never change:

People first. Purpose always. Progress every day. ❤️

Build the business.
Build the relationships.
Support the community.
And whenever you can, leave people a little better than you found them.

That, to me, is success.
