The heat crushed me today. But I got out and I moved anyway.

Right now I’m going all in on discipline - - and a big part of that is learning to push through the mental noise that tries to tell you “you’re tired, it’s too hot, you’ll never be good enough.” All of it is nonsense.

Do it. Do it slow. Do it messy. Just do.

My five buckets right now:

Faith. Family. Health. Fun. Business.

If I pour into each one consistently, I know I’m moving in the right direction. If I neglect one for another, everything suffers. I’m not willing to do that. I’m not perfect - - but I’m keeping it at the forefront and pushing myself to do better every single day.

And something I heard on my run today that hit different:

“You can’t chase uphill dreams with downhill energy.”

3AM Wake Up. Drove 2.5 Hours. Competed. Collected My Hardware. Back Home to My Family Before 1:30pm

Competed in the first Spartan race of 2026. Going for the Trifecta this year and who knows, maybe more. 👀

Today was a great day. I was able to beat all of my stats from my last race and felt great on the course today.

Excited for the next race in London! (Home Course Advantage! 💪) Thanks for coming out and competing with me and enduring your even longer drive!

Running a Bronco isn’t what I was excited to do tonight. But I knew that it would benefit my health, my time at my Spartan race, and put me in a better mood once I was finished.
