I’ve been a real estate agent since 2016, since then I have purchased income properties, flips, successfully run Air B&B investments, and met my real estate partner Candace to form the Investing In London Team. My pride is finding dream homes, helping people grow their portfolios and investing in the future. London is great for its downtown entertainment, patios, and so many festivals! I really enjoy the amount of activities it has to offer in each season, from snowboarding at Boler Mountain to kayaking at Fanshawe Conservation, and the fall festivals that we put on… we really know how to savor the 4 full seasons we are so lucky to live with.

I am boy mom, volunteer firefighter, lover of cheese, sushi, soccer, hiking, music festivals and travelling! I have been a realtor since 2013, but have been involved in real estate as an investor since January 2010 when I was in third year at Western University and purchased my first home and student rental property. After that purchase I never looked back, real estate became my passion, when you do what you love, you never work a day in your life! In July 2015 I got into AirBnB and was the first realtor in London, Ontario to specialize in AirBnb rental properties. I like doing things in pairs; I am a dual-licensed realtor with the ability to operate in both Ontario and British Columbia. I am also fluent in both French and English! Having lived in London my entire life I know all about it and its surrounding areas very well! I have been around for all of the market shifts. I still own property in London despite having moved to British Columbia a couple of years ago and purchasing another AirBnb property there. If you are thinking of relocating out of province I have lots of experience to help you out!

I joined the London Realty Team back in May 2021 as the team’s administrative assistant and have been registered since 2023. I have always had interest in real estate, starting in 2014 with my first house flip, moving onto a second flip in 2016 and eventually purchasing my very first investment property in 2018 (a six-unit building in SOHO) thus entering into the exciting world of being a landlord and property manager. I purchased a second investment property in 2020; a ten-unit just minutes away. With my experience over the years in the world of rentals, I have gained valuable knowledge of the RTA (Residential Tenancies Act) and firmly believe knowledge is truly powerful in this realm to protect your best interests.

November Market Update for London and St Thomas

The latest numbers from LSTAR are in. Here is a quick look at how the market performed in November:

Homes Sold
492 homes exchanged hands. This is lower than November of last year, yet still higher than November 2023. Buyer activity continues to reflect a cautious mindset heading into winter.

Inventory Levels
The market recorded 5.7 months of inventory, the highest November level in the past decade. This increased supply is giving buyers more options and contributing to a slower pace for sellers.

Average Sale Price
The average price for November came in at 604,994 dollars, almost unchanged from October. Year over year, prices show a modest adjustment in line with current market conditions.

As we move through the winter season, preparation and strategy continue to matter for sellers, while buyers may find more opportunities with increased selection.

The September stats are in, and the story is all about inventory.
🏡 Active listings jumped to 3,222 – the highest we’ve seen this year.

📈 Months of inventory climbed from 5.0 in August to 6.0 in September.

💲 Average price eased to $622,805 (down from $651,329 in August).

🕒 Homes are taking about the same time to sell – 29 days on average.

What does it mean? Buyers now have more choice, and the market is shifting toward balance.

Sellers are facing more competition, with pricing and timing becoming more important.
