After nine months, multiple offers, one deal dying right before closing, and the property literally catching fire multiple times in the middle of all of it… we have officially sold it again to the original buyer.

Honestly huge shoutout to the buyer for sticking this out with us because most people would’ve sage-smudged the lot and walked away months ago.
