**PARKING LOT SWEEP ALERT!** 🧹
We will be sweeping the parking lots on Monday, June 5th, and Tuesday, June 6th.
We will clean one-half of the property at a time, starting with the 1235/1237 parking lots on Monday, followed by the 1229/1233 lots on Tuesday.
Please ensure your vehicle is removed from your building's parking lot, and to the other side of the property by 8:00am on your designated day.

If you would like Bradel staff to move your vehicle, please leave your keys at the Rental Office.

!Payment Update!

Bradel Properties is now accepting E-Transfers (EFT) for monthly rental payments ... just in time for the cold winter months ahead, you can now pay rent from the comfort of your home!

Simply login to your banking App or website, add Bradel Properties ([email protected]) as a contact on your E-transfer list and send your correct monthly amount to the email address.
Be sure to include your name, apartment number and unit number in the message field.
A password is not required as your payment will be deposited automatically.

Please contact the Rental Office if you have any questions about our new method of payment!

**SCHEDULED SERVICE INTERRUPTION - UPCOMING POWER OUTAGE**

Attention Tenants:
On THURSDAY, APRIL 7TH, 2022 London Hydro will be doing maintenance work in the area from 9:00am - 2:00pm.
There will be no electricity supply to buildings 1229 and 1233 during this time period.
Please check your inbox for additional details.
*If you have not yet signed up for email notifications, please send your name, unit and building number to [email protected] to sign up.

A few tips on how you can prepare:
-If you rely on medical equipment that needs electricity, have a plan to maintain use of it during the outage
-Unplug computers, televisions and sensitive electronics
-Charge cell phones
-Minimize opening refrigerator and freezer doors during this time
