🏡 What do "Days on Market" really mean?

Days on Market (DOM) tells you how long a property has been actively listed for sale. It's a helpful statistic—but it doesn't tell the whole story.

A higher DOM doesn't automatically mean something is wrong with the home. It could be due to:

✔️ Seasonal demand
✔️ A previous deal falling through
