White Valley Parks, Recreation & Culture White Valley Parks, Recreation and Culture facilities include: White Valley Community Centre, Lumby Pool and Pat Duke Arena.

White Valley Parks Recreation and Culture is governed by the Regional District of the North Okanagan (RDNO) through the White Valley Parks, Recreation and Culture Advisory Committee (WVPRCAC). The Village of Lumby provides all parks, arena and aquatic service under contract to the RDNO. The RDNO operates the White Valley Community Centre with the support of the Lumby Chamber of Commerce. These parks and facilities provide a variety of quality recreational opportunities to Lumby and Area residents.
