My friend Greg Kedward Gs-Joe asked me to host an episode of Go East Old Man!

I had the pleasure of helping Payne and Bill make the move to Nova Scotia from the USA a little over a year ago and find a property that would work for their business. Now that they are here (after a lot of waiting and planning), they have been working on their new breakfast and art business! It’s been very fulfilling for me to watch them evolve their late 1700s era barn into a new place for the community to gather and connect with art, food and coffee! It’s not ready yet but I will let you know when it is!

Here is a catch up of my summer so far~ Even on my busiest days, I’m reminded how important balance is and to look for beauty through the day. My pets and my husband keep me grounded, energized, and smiling through the long days (and nights!). I’m so thankful that this career allows me to connect with people I enjoy and genuinely want to work with, explore beautiful spaces, and appreciate the little magical moments around me every day.

A huge congratulations to my buyers on the purchase of their beautiful farmhouse and their exciting move from Nanaimo, BC to the Annapolis Valley! 🎉🏡
What makes this even more special is that they purchased sight unseen and had never even been to Nova Scotia before. Trust like that means so much, and I am incredibly grateful they chose me to help guide them through this journey.
