About Jake Johnston | 🏡

I was blessed to grow up in the bowling alley my parents owned. One of my earliest memories is watching my Dad greet people at the door, handing out shoes, getting them set up, and making sure everyone felt taken care of. That’s where I learned what real customer service looks like, the kind that sticks with you. Today, I bring that same mindset to real estate: old-school care, powered by today’s best tools and tech. And yes, I know what you’re thinking: “Is he good at bowling?” The answer is yes. I’ve held my real estate license since 2018, but in August 2022, I finally had the chance to commit to it full time. Today, I’m proud to work out of one of the top offices in the Lower Mainland, supported by incredible owners, a sharp conveyance team, and a real estate family I trust and admire. Even better, I get to work side-by-side with my mom, my #1 fan, helping people achieve their goals in a fun, confident, and efficient way. Real estate takes a high level of professionalism and a winning attitude and that’s what I bring to the table every day. A Few Things That Matter to Me:

📚 Education Advocacy: I believe BC’s youth are one of the best investments we can make. I support better funding for schools, safer classrooms, and the recruitment and retention of top teaching talent.

🏥 Healthcare Policy: I volunteer time toward healthcare reform in BC, working to support hospital workers, improve emergency care, and ensure we have the space and resources to care for our communities. I’m passionate about promoting long-term health and wellness policies across the province.

These great clients hired us when it was time to move on and start the next chapter.

They’ve got big dreams of heading somewhere up North in BC to enjoy more of our beautiful province!
