The most exciting thing about being a manager according to Cindy was getting to work with the youth, being able to help guide them in the direction of their dreams; while at the same time being able to provide them with the support they may not have been getting at home. Also because she loves working with children she was a lifeguard prior to becoming involved in real estate and enjoyed teaching swimming lessons.
