I didn't know these existed until I saw this Fay Wolf organizing video. Fay Wolf is a genius. Undershelf baskets from The Container Store, (Presumably you will be using these to store clothes and accessories, and not coffee cups. Unless you really like having coffee cups in your closet.)

The Housing Price Index is a calculated value based on what an average home is this area should sell for. It is a means by which to track the change in price over time. As you can see we hit a high in August and since then have dropped 3.6%. It is difficult to predict what the spring market will bring.

However, with 3000 people a month moving to the lower mainland, they have to live somewhere. Hopefully, with prices re-adjusting, more people will be able to qualify for financing under the new rules.
