What did the Grey County real estate market look like in August? 🏡

The market continues to vary considerably from one community to another. Sales activity ranged from just 5 homes in Chatsworth to 7 in Grey Highlands and 22 in West Grey, while median days on market also differed significantly across the region.

On the pricing side, 8 of the 9 areas saw average prices soften compared with July, with Owen Sound being the exception.

For buyers and sellers, it’s another reminder that there really isn’t one single “Grey County market.” What’s happening at the local level - and within a particular property type and price range - matters.
