Call me silly or old-school, but I still prefer to write my descriptions because AI is too perfect, and perfection feels fake 🙅‍♀️

Writing in my own words helps to ingrain property details so I'm ready to answer any questions and actually sell the property 💪

I also rejected my client's photos (hope you're not reading this Albert 😅) because, let's just say mine were better. I'm not a pro photographer, but I think I have a pretty good sense of framing, lighting and what features to highlight after years of exposure to aesthetically pleasing property photos 📸

1️⃣ 𝗢𝗯𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 - this allows me to review and address information that landlords/agents may find of concern. Insufficient income? Get a guarantor.

4️⃣ 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 - most listings tend to be vacant with landlords wanting to fill the space ASAP. View too early and your offer will likely get rejected, view too late and you may end up scrambling or settling for an inferior place.

The FANS annual vacation 🏖 This time to Punta Cana at the Fantasia Resort.

PROS 👍🏻

▪️ family-friendly resort with several large pools, a huge water park and various kid workshops like pizza 🍕 making, slime making, free kids club etc.

▪️ not overcrowded even during March Break and plenty of loungers under the shade by the pool and at the beach

▪️ friendly staff eager to serve without expecting a tip

▪️ can enjoy a different specialty restaurant for every night of the week 🥘🍲🌯

▪️ can 'resort-hop' to neighbouring sister resorts via golf carts (although service is limited)

CONS 👎

▪️ lacks evening activities for adults

▪️ needs more lunch options as the buffet gets repetitive

▪️ a bit dated compared to the Oceans resorts I've been to before

▪️ can be difficult to communicate with staff if you don't speak Spanish 🗣
