Helping first time home buyers is why I do this! Especially buyers that are investment-oriented because, at the end of the day, your home is your investment!
Yes, it's more work, yes there are so many more pieces to put together when buying vs. selling, however, being apart of the journey to homeownership is so much more rewarding and is the reason why I love what I do.
