August 1st is in 2 days. Share your personal views on what the orange gremlin may do next. Personally, I believe that Canada needs to both wean itself from US dependence and also believe in its own trump (sic) card, that we are their largest customer and the the most reliable supplier that the US has. If they really want to, let them take their bat and ball, and go home and sulk. After an adjustment period, Canada will do just fine.

Very uncertain times. Condo market continues to slide down. Not many buyers for "new" detached homes either, but this is fairly typical of market bottoms, people are too scared to buy. If you are a Buyer, I repeat, have your mortgage pre-approved, and be ready to do your deal.
