When I first started my career it took me a few years to hire my first assistant.
I was 19yrs old when I went through resumes and conducted interviews and eventually moved on to hire my first right hand individual.
After several years of disappointment and going through 6 different assistance, eventually faith brought me Heather. I have to say no one can compare to the woman that I have standing beside me right now. It’s been 7 1/2 years together and we’ve definitely move mountains. Through the years she’s become more than an assistant or friend, she’s become family. I’m so honored to have such a wonderful human being a part of my life. I’m looking forward to continuing our journey of laughing together, crying together, celebrating together, and making awesome memories in business and personal. I tell you time and time again how much of an asset you are to my life but I’ll never stop to express my love for you.

Have you ever heard that old expression: “You never get a second chance to make a first impression”?

Well, it is very true! Especially when it comes to selling your home. In fact, one of the biggest mistakes I see people make when they are trying to sell their home is not properly preparing their home for sale. This puts them at a huge disadvantage, and ultimately their home will sell for less because of it. To ensure that my clients don’t make this same mistake, these are some of the important tips I give them to help them prepare their homes properly.

🏡 Hiring the right agent - when it comes to selling your home, one of the most crucial steps is finding the right agent to sell your home. You want to find someone knowledgeable and experienced but who still has time to support you through your journey. It is also important to hire someone you feel comfortable with, and you trust. Selling a home can be a long process. You want to work with someone who will make the process as smooth as possible. 

🏡Get a pre-list inspection - this one isn’t required, but I always highly suggest it. A pre-list inspection will tell you if there are any red flags and help you fix anything you can or adjust your price in accordance with any issues found. 

🏡Hire a handyman - make any repairs to your home that were found in the pre-list inspection, plus fix any leaky faucets, cracks in walls, etc. People want to buy a home that they know has been well cared for, so make sure your home puts its best face forward. 

🏡Staging and Decluttering - people want to see themselves in your home, so taking out personal effects, adding a new coat of paint, and staging will go a long way to help potential buyers imagine themselves living there.

Did you know that you don’t have to purchase an entire share in order to invest?

It’s called fractional investing.

Fractional investing allows you to purchase shares based on a dollar value amount instead of based on the number of shares. Basically, you can invest in fractions of a share. There are several benefits of investing this way. Here are a few.

✅ Investing using fractional shares allows you to be flexible and efficient while earning a return on your money earlier.

✅ With fractional investing, you might be able to invest in shares you might otherwise not be able to afford.

✅ You can opt for reinvestment, where you buy more shares for each dividend payment and increase the size of your next payout. 

✅ Fractional shares give you a choice of a wider pool of investments.
