My buyer just purchased a brand new 4 bedroom freehold townhouse in Pickering for the low 800s and doesn’t have to start paying a mortgage until 2026. He was so excited that his friend also went ahead and got one as well. This project had over 100 interested buyers with only 35 available units for phase 1 pricing. But I was able to assist both my buyers to get their first choice. My thought to you, work with a realtor that has relationships.

I have stayed away from pre-construction over the last few years and did not stand behind it for my clients from a value perspective because you can get a resale home for a fraction of the price. Now there are some aggressively priced builders that compare to market and offer great values to buyers.
