Finished HYROX Shanghai this weekend.

There were a lot of moments during training where I questioned the decision to sign up.

But seeing my son there reminded me why I started in the first place.

I wanted him to grow up seeing that difficult things are worth doing, even when you feel tired, uncomfortable, or unsure of yourself.

Not the fastest race, but proud I finished.

“It’s okay my son. I’ll prepare you for the next one.”

Finished HYROX Shanghai over the weekend.

There were honestly many moments during training where I wanted to quit and questioned whether signing up was even a good idea.

But my wife and son were a big reason I kept going.

I wanted to set a good example for my son early — not just about working hard, but about staying disciplined, taking care of your health, and finishing things even when they get uncomfortable.

Not the fastest race, but proud I finished it.

Now back to Toronto real estate and catching up on sleep.
