I believe most politicians
are selfish. They make their decisions in light of the environment around them.
Many of their policies and decisions reflect the prevailing situation.
About four years ago ,when American election was held,
most liberal minded people voted for democrats and rested their hopes with Biden administration. The time proved them wrong . Biden disappointed them. His stance on Israel "I strongly stand with Israel" Israel has a right to survive" Inspite of Israel bombing and destrying Gaza totally.Killing over 40000 men ,women and children. Displacing and turning most people homeless. He turned a two million population into poor ,destitute and helpless.
He managed to uproot a progressive government of Imran Khan.
This was enough for most Americans to stand up against democrats.
Trump as a presidential candidate had a checkered past. He had been charged and convicted of purgery,women abuse and tax fraud.
These were serious charges,but his conviction and his stance of stand for peace not war, his conviction of bringing tax reform and improve immigration policy made him win rhe election.
Nexr time it could be a different result.
A large number of well known and affluent American
Pakistanis raised funds for Trump election campaign.
They hope Trump will help them free Imran Khan. These are my views.
Some will disagree.

The real estate market is showing resilience.
There are multiple offers. There are not enough listing.
Too many buyers .People willing to pay upto 25% over asking price. Interest rates are not going up. Chance of them going down Perfect storm as such. If you still don't own any real Estate,then do something to acquire some . Ten years down the road you will not regret it. You will have some asset to speak about.

ago. You see more and more high rises. The condo buildings with new unique and eye pleasing look. When you enter inside ,you see beautiful, spacious lobbies.
With large concierge desk
All kinds of amenities.This is new trending life style of young ,educated and skillful dwellers. Most owners are in high income brackets,with incomes in six or sometimes in seven figures. They drive expensive high end cars ,like Benz and BMW.
Malls and large shopping plazas have lot of new tenants ,selling high end fashionable products.
Streets looking like fashionable Dubai,Singapore and Malayasia.
No wonder Toronto has become the first choice destination of many young and wealthy of the world.
