Here are the stats for MARCH!!

Check out these year-over-year stats. From the highs of last year before the interest rate hikes, we truly see what a difference a year has made if the government really wanted to control the prices. It's taking on average 145.5% longer to sell a home today than it was 12 months ago.

However, since the market has stablized from the initial shock of the hikes, buyer confidence and demand has steadily started to creep up again and we're definitely seeing more offer presentations and bidding wars happening again.
