This one was extra special because I was able to help my brother and his girlfriend find their first home together! We saw some properties and none of them really stood out. Either they had damages in the unit, were not well maintained or it just wasn’t the right fit.

I knew they were getting a little discouraged which is very understandable in today’s market. I told them to remain patient, do not get discouraged and we would find something. (I am a firm believer in keeping up the positive vibes!)

Shortly after we saw this unit pop up, we knew we had to get it. In today’s competitive market, time is of the essence! Putting together an offer was a breeze because we had their profile prepared beforehand.

Dane, also known as Tall Up (>>> swipe right to see why he’s called that) in some circles, was my very first client.

Four years ago when I was a new agent, he entrusted me to help him find his first home - this 1 bedroom condo for $370k. Over the years, our friendship and brotherhood evolved and I am grateful to not only be able to find his first home but to sell it too.

My work with Pastor Stan was close to my heart because I’ve known him my entire life. Pastor Stan is someone who cares deeply about those around him and gives openly. When it came to picking the next owners of his home, he wanted to make sure they would respect it and love it as much as him and his wife. They purchased the home in 1979 together as couple and in honour of her passing, he wanted to be mindful of who gets the house next. Because homes are where memories are made and milestones are celebrated.

One thing I’ve learned in the last 4 years of being a real estate agent is that selling homes isn’t about the transaction. It’s about respecting the wishes of the seller and guiding them through a process that sometimes only happens once in their lifetime.
