I believe most politicians
arr selfish. They make their decisions in light of the environment around them.
Many of their policies and decisions reflect the prevailing situation. About four years ago ,when American election was held,
most liberal minded people voted for democrats and rested their hopes with Biden administration. The time proved them wrong . Biden disappointed them. His stance on Israel "I strongly stand with Israel" Israel has a right to survive" Inspite of Israel bombing and destrying Gaza totally.Killing over 40000 men ,women and children. Displacing and turning most people homeless. He turned a two million population into poor ,destitute and helpless.
He managed to uproot a progressive government of Imran Khan.
This was enough for most Americans to stand up against democrats.
Trump as a presidential candidate had a checkered past. He had been charged and convicted of purgery,women abuse and tax fraud.
These were serious charges,but his conviction and his stance of stand for peace not war, his conviction of bringing tax reform and improve immigration policy.
Hope of Prominent and pro Imran people to pressure the Pakistani establishment to release Imran Khan got Trump support to win the election. These are my views.
Some will disagree.

Government's incentives to the first time buyers.
Government has introduced some new measures to encourage the first time buyers
of real estate. These measures will help improve the real estate sales and overall economy. People buying for the first time
will be able to put as much as thirty five thousand dollars in RRSP and then withdraw this money to buy a home. This way rrspmoney won't be taxed,but you will have to pay it back in the next 15 years .
The other measure is that you can partner with CMHC to buy your new home, which means if you buy a resale home for say $500000. and you want a mortgage of$400000. Your payment for the mortgage will be based on
$380000 5% less than Your $ 400000.
5% of your home will belong to CMHC.
In new homes CMHC can be your partner with 10% money. This also means when you sell your home ,if you make any gain CMHC will be entitled for their portion of equity.Please call a at416 2301477 to discuss and buy a home.

Housing in Toronto
Housing in Toronto is reaching a crisis level. more and more people
are coming to live here.Immigration levels are high. Peoples incomes haven't risen much ,but rents have gone up a lot. Almost 20% since last year. So if you own a condo or some other property you are very lucky. Having one to live in and one for investment is
an ideal situation. Downtown location is specially very hot.
Multiple offers are a norm.
To top it all ,some very large multinational corporations are making their home in Toronto. Which means more high paying jobs,more people and more need for housing. So it is owning a home means you will increase your wealth and live comfortably. Try to own some thing .

As I said the busiest months of the year have come and gone.Treb posted over 20000 homes sold in may. prices rose by about 15% in the year. The homes are still the best investment you can make.
There are more listings now. May be a better environment for the purchasers to buy. Let us discuss further , Call me 416 230 1477.

Traditionally may is the busiest month in Toronto . The prices rise the most in this month. Bidding wars are still not over. If you are thinking of
buying real estate make your move between now and end of august.
There will be less bidding wars .The houses will take a bit long to sell.
Most people go away with school going kids ,because of summer vacation.
