2025 has been the most challenging year since we entered the industry.
Torontoโs real estate market softened, transaction volumes declined, and even well-known brokerages exited the market. The uncertainty was real, and it affected everyone in the industry in different ways. At the same time, our company made a bold move by expanding internationally and joining forces with KELLER WILLIAMS (KW), opening the door for us to serve clients across 65 countries worldwide.
This year, we invested heavily in learning, completing multiple training programs and traveling to Las Vegas and San Antonio for FAMILY REUNION and MEGA AGENT CAMP (with Atlanta coming up next). Learning alongside top agents and entrepreneurs during difficult market conditions reinforced the importance of staying curious and adaptable.
Despite the challenges, we are truly grateful for the trust and support of our clients, family, mentors, and company. We were honored to receive the highest level award ๐ the PRESIDENTโS AWARD, ๐๏ธ remain TOP 5 in a North Markham office of over 100 agents, and be recognized with the ๐
๐ MAPLE LEAF AWARD for both results and collaboration.
Ten years in, 2025 became a year that quietly shaped us. It refined our mindset, strengthened our resilience, and clarified our direction. As 2026 begins, our focus is clear: stay disciplined, keep learning, and continue to grow. ๐ช
