Southern Georgian Bay remained in buyer’s market territory in July, as sales activity improved while prices continued to adjust.

A total of 259 properties sold, representing a 21.03% increase from July 2025. Sales volume also rose 10.68% to more than $198 million. Meanwhile, the median sale price declined 6.54% to $635,000, and the average sale price decreased 8.55% to $764,736.
