Today’s stage provided me with a stellar view of Griffith Island … one of three islands in Colpoy’s Bay (north east of Wiarton and north of Owen Sound). The other two islands in Colpoy's Bay are White Cloud Island and Hay Island.

This whole area is incredible and I discover something new with every visit.

The perfect family cottage awaits … Coming soon for . It’s a must-see to appreciate the overall beauty of this property inside and out.

We love incorporating sellers’ unique items into our stages whenever possible.

This seller had some amazing vintage pieces that Heather was lucky enough to use during today’s install.

Staging doesn’t have to be a ‘cookie cutter’ look and feel but it does need to make sense for the overall look and feel of the home.

The challenge for us is always having to incorporate our more ‘on trend’ inventory into hundreds of different settings. It can be a challenge to ensure the end result is a neutral, cohesive look for potential buyers. But, it’s always worth it to provide both sellers and Realtors with the best shot at selling!

One of my favourite bedroom stages from this year, hands down !!

It started with the purchase of Article furniture which created the vibe for the entire bedroom. Furniture was sourced and delivered by Mel and her team

The bench which was a purchase via and the nest artwork sealed the deal. Soft, inviting colours. Thank you Heather for your creativity and ideas with this space. Amazing 🤩

A dreamy kitchen from one of our recent projects - black and gold stools created a nice contrast against the 9’ white Island. Then, just a few lifestyle settings are all that’s needed to tie in the gold in the fixtures and taps.
