Meet Eli Friedt!

Eli is 18 years old and has been a hard working member of JTH since April 2026. He grew up in Melfort and has lived here ever since. Eli is a part of our framing and exterior crew. Some of his favourite things to work on are framing walls and floors.

His favourite food is Chinese food!

This house was originally built as a spec home and has been sold to a young family. It will be headed south of Yellow Creek this week!

It is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom, 1572 sq ft home with laundry upstairs. It has an attached garage which will be installed onsite by our crew. This home has James Hardie board and batten siding which adds a modern finished look.

This week our team finished these decks on an RTM that was built a number of years ago in Ethelton.

The smaller deck with one stairwell is a 13ft by 8ft deck.
The bigger one is a 34 ft by 12 ft deck with a wheelchair access and two sets of stairs.
