* Knowledge of framing; reading plans, layout, marking out walls, squaring and leveling walls and trusses, and roof framing.

*Knowledge of concrete; forming ICF blocks, footings and pads.

Meet Brent Mund!

Brent is 63 years old. He grew up on a mixed farm in Churchbridge, Sk. He has worked for 32 years in Melfort doing retail.

He has been with Jory since June 2026 and is a valuable part of our finishing crew! He enjoys working on casings, baseboards, as well as painting.

Some of his personal interests are spending time with family, gardening, and motorcycling. His favourite food is Chinese dim sum.

Meet Eli Friedt!

Eli is 18 years old and has been a hard working member of JTH since April 2026. He grew up in Melfort and has lived here ever since. Eli is a part of our framing and exterior crew. Some of his favourite things to work on are framing walls and floors.

His favourite food is Chinese food!

This house was originally built as a spec home and has been sold to a young family. It will be headed south of Yellow Creek this week!

It is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom, 1572 sq ft home with laundry upstairs. It has an attached garage which will be installed onsite by our crew. This home has James Hardie board and batten siding which adds a modern finished look.
