Extremely excited for two very deserving buyers to be taking possession of their new homes this week.

Both transactions stress the importance of having good relationships with fellow agents.

P&D had a different path to success, relocating from another community they had all but sold their place elsewhere and had their eyes set on a property here. From a distance it seemed like everything they wanted and they made an offer on the strength of a video showing and everything was in place for a smooth transition… until they did their first drive by. The vibe felt off to them, and so - the deal was off. With some quick thinking and a quick call, we were able to pivot to an agents fresh listing secure it quickly and then hurry up and wait. That agent? Bailee Allen, proving again that sometimes it’s who you know when things go awry.

For A&C it was a long road to their new place, they knew they wanted an upgrade, but were happy where they were.
