I would like to let people know that I am now retired from real estate.

I really appreciate it all the people following me on my page thank you very much for your support through the years.

Royal LePage predicts a 15% increase by the last quarter of 2022, over 2021, showing a slowdown but still strong demand in the Market.
Not as many multiple offers now although there are some still.
Some homes selling even at asking price or just under now.
