Lovely 3 Bedroom Western Head Farmhouse For Lease
This lovely 130 year old farm house is available October 1. The house has seen many
upgrades in recent years, but still has the charm, and the location, to make it a perfect family home.

wildlife visits, including deer, squirrels, hares, and ermine, as well as the occasional porcupine. This is a
bird watcher’s paradise. The barn on the property is mostly used for storage, but does include a fairly new
John Deere riding lawn mower which is available for use by tenants.
The house has a new roof, added insulation, and other upgrades within the last three years.
A large wooden swing and play set, with slide, is available for small children.
The house is a five minute walk from the Western Head lighthouse, and about a ten minute drive to
downtown Liverpool.
The weather is ever-changing, and always breathtaking. The sunlight is one of the greatest features of this
place, and the endless windows let you enjoy it year round. The skies, and the sunrises and sunsets are
truly stunning, and if you own a telescope this location is superb for astronomy. If you yearn for quiet,
this house is wonderful. On misty days you can hear the Western Head fog horn. We find it romantic, but
be warned that it sounds more often in the winter than the summertime.
This is a perfect location to commune with nature, write, and recharge.
