When preparing your home for the market there are easy and inexpensive ways to update your home.

🍽 Kitchen: Update the backsplash, lighting and hardware. A quick trip to your local hardware store or Amazon will provide you with a variety of inexpensive options. Black or a bronze finish provides a modern style.

🛀 Bathroom: Removal wallpaper can be a game changer! Update the 80’s light fixture, add a fresh white shower curtain, some new vanity pulls and it will look brand new!

🛌 Bedrooms : Declutter... especially in the kids rooms! Adding in some colour can be warm and inviting. Update the light fixture and add a cute area rug for personality. Check out Home Sense or Ikea for some great options.

🛋 Living Rooms/Family Rooms: Removal all family photos. Ensure your furniture is the correct size. Having too large of furniture can make the space feel small. Neutrals are always best with a touch of warmth and personality.

🧺 Laundry Rooms: While an important room in the home it should be clean and organized and show the maximum functionality. Fold that laundry, put it away and empty out the closest’s.
