Recommend to re-route the piping to drain in the sewer system.
Electrical System
° Several electrical junction boxes were observed without cover plates.
° Install approved cover plates to reduce the risk of accidental contact with energized wiring.
Interior Finishes
Foyer
° A small number of ceramic floor tiles in the foyer are cracked.
Cosmetic condition; repair or replace as desired.
Refrigerator
° Refrigerator was found to be defective during the inspection.
Recommend repair by a qualified appliance technician or replacement.
