Virginia Brazeau's long-standing success in the real estate industry is rooted in her broad understanding of the entire Halton, Flamborough and surrounding areas with specific expertise in the rural areas. Since obtaining her real estate licence in 1989, she has acquired extensive expertise in and knowledge of the dynamic forces determining local market conditions as well as the diverse developmental/economic, social and geographic forces affecting the lives of the residents and Milton and all the surrounding areas. Virginia currently lives in the rural community of Carlisle (Flamborough/Freelton) with her husband, Michael. Jennifer Brazeau-Barg, just like her brother, Joseph, was raised in a rural setting in Milton. She is a graduate of the University of Waterloo (B.A.) and MacMaster University (M.Div.). Currently Jennifer lives in the rural community of Carlisle (Flamborough/Freelton) with her husband and two children. Jennifer’s skills are in client service and attention to detail. Jodie Near is a fully licensed sales representative who graduated with a B.Sc. from Wilfrid Laurier University and has a marketing background. Jodie and her husband live in ‘urban’ Milton and have two beautiful children. The whole family is active in sports and programs around Milton so don’t be surprised if you see Jodie at the Milton Sport Centre or at a ball diamond around town. Jodie’s knowledge of the market stems from her strong research and statistical skills and training along with the many experiences she has had to serve clients as part of the Brazeau Team since 2004.
